Committee Services

Spiritual organizations such as churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and other religious organizations have unique needs when it comes to conflict resolution.

Committee Member Selection Coaching ~ Each participant brings a unique skill set, viewpoint and experiences to a committee. Evaluating the needed skills for ultimate success and who would best fulfill the roles needed to foster that success is an art form.

Group Cohesiveness Workshops ~ When groups are deeply engaged in decisions of great magnitude, it is quite common for conflict to increase. Planning ahead and training the group how to recognize the signs of impending challenges and how to manage conflict successfully can prevent deadlocks and hurt feelings.

Conflict Intervention ~ When a committee reaches an impasse, having a neutral party trained in conflict intervention techniques participate can lead to new insights gained and resolution of challenges that prohibit progress.
